Our Story

The Next Generation carries the responsibility of honoring heritage while setting new directions for the family’s wealth, businesses, and purpose. This requires more than capital stewardship — it calls for vision, clarity, and systems that balance continuity with change.

6 was founded to support this shift. Our journey began inside the family office ecosystem itself — from co-building Aikya Connect, a homegrown network of family offices, to structuring private market strategies at the Dinesh Hinduja Family Office. Alongside this, our team’s roots across private investments at True North, fundraising Everstone Capital, and MnA advisory at KPMG Corporate Finance gave us institutional rigor, while entrepreneurial work in consumer, blockchain tech, and AI (gaming) added agility and foresight.

We combine these experiences to help NextGen leaders define their goals, shape their authentic leadership identity, and create meaningful impact to build their legacy— while keeping the strengths of tradition at the core.
